Okies, anyone know anything about the stuff? I have an idea, and i have serched the web etc found sites that sell the stuff, but need to know..

Voltage this stuff runs on
Light output
Does it radiate light in a linear pattern.

Any clues, answers would be appreciated

I've no experience of it, but I've read a bit on it.

RS components do it (rswww.com, go to Electronic and then Optoelectronics).

You need an inverter to produce the a.c. to power them, available in 5V and 12V versions, and the inverter output will run up to a certain area of sheet.

Appear to be available in all the usual colours, red, blue-green, blue, orange, yellow-orange, white, and different sizes.

Hmmmmm, nope, i know when to change gear....when the thing hits the limiter

and highlight the fact to the when you've just come off your "Own test track"


Just a thought - I was looking at a lid that did this - a while ago, now a lid that all (Sorry! I didn't see you mate) cagers could see...hmmm.
