depends on how far you want to lower it.

shaving the seat will take it down a good inch. longer suspension links will give upto 40mm at the tail = 10-15mm at seat to gain less height at the seat then drop the forks through the yokes 10-15mm. doing these three things you should drop the set height to around 780mm from 820mm.

to go any lower requires mega cash, i know this as my bike seat high is around 720mm.

seat shave, go to tony archer (£? but i would expect £100) or do it yourself
drop links, you will get them on ebay (£30-40)
sidestand, your local welder. (£20-30)
