Road Attacks
Been reading around and getting rid of the stock tyres after over a year and sticking on the Conti Road Attacks (£150 fitted, which I thought isn't too bad).
When I got the bike new I just wore in the tyres by taking it easy for the fist 100 miles or so, just wondering if there are any better wear-in tips? Ta |

It depends on the conditions and how confident you are with dealing with a slide if/when it does break free. Just keep it gentle and gradually lean in a little futher now and then to wear the surface.

I tend to do about fifty miles or so then visit a large supermarket carpark at a quiet time of day and do smooth figure of eights in second, slowly and gradually leaning it further and further till the chicken strips have all but gone. This way I reckon that if I have to lean the bike over suddenly and unplanned on the public road then at least I'll have the grip available and won't slide like I otherwise would have done.

So that's why you've no chicken strips... Which car park to you recommend? Sounds like fun
