Cracking 250 race.Wonder if the new 600 class will be as good?
I said after VRs "donkey" moment last week he needed to restore his ability to finish second in the remaining races to ensure the championship.Well 30 points and four races gives him that.

Stoner may be back so interest on that one.

JT did his employment prospects no good this weekend.

Alex de Angelis take out of Edwards and Hayden and nearly Lorenzo was a dumb act. A boneheaded move...home ground and home track and he couldn't keep his pants on long enough.

Rossi proves that he may be the donkey but he can still do the job when called for and ths race and this weekend was all Rossi.

125 last corner had me shouting at the TV. Especially the handbags at dawn action afterwards... or should that be helmets at dawn...

Yeah, 10th is hardly good enough but in reality he would not have got that as at least 2 of the 3 first lap crashers would have been in front of him. JT just seems to be happy with mediocrity, if front runners crash out he seems to try less hard and so still end up 10th or so. Both Suzukis and Melandri were ahead of him on a bike which should be finishing in the top 6. He is not riding like a guy who wants to guarantee his position for next year or another job!

How lucky was Lorenzo not to have been taken out in 'that crash'?

yeah....that Espargaro kid rode the wheels off that bike, making up shed loads of time, then got screwed over on the last corner!

One to watch for the future I reckon.

Yeah, good mature riding by Simon very well read. Many riders would have been tempted to get in there with them and have a go.

I wonder if JT already knows he is out of the Tech3 team?Thats the way I read his riding just now.
I reckon Edwards has taught him a very hard lesson this year.I wonder if he will learn it and bounce back or just mooch off to AMA like Hodgeson did?
