Join a leg on our Coastal Bike Tour!
Hi all!
This summer a few of us are doing a ride around the entire coast of Great Britain for charity (Cancer Research). At present there are four of us taking part, and it will involve riding 3300+ miles on a motorbike over the course of two weeks. The journey for the fortnight will be as follows: 15th July - Squires (Near Leeds) to Newcastle 16th July - Newcastle to Aberdeen 17th July - Aberdeen to John O'Groats 18th July - John O'Groats to Terridon 19th July - Terridon to Stevenston 20th July - Stevenston to Carlisle 21st July - Carlisle to Chester 22nd July - Chester to Newport, Pembrookshire 23rd July - Newport, Pembrookshire to Lynton 24th July - Lynton to Boswinger 25th July - Boswinger to Arundel 26th July - Arundel to Castle Hedingham 27th July - Castle Hedingham to Kings Lynn 28th July - Kings Lynn to Squires (Near Leeds) Would any of you guys be interested in joining us over a leg or two? At present we have many people joining us for one or two legs around the tour, several people joining us on the first leg, and also 40+ members of another riding club for the last leg! For more details, see www.cbt2007.co.uk - or ask me! - Steve Ps. If you want to donate to the cause, go to www.justgiving.com/cbt2007 and donate! (All proceeds will be going directly to charity, all of the costs involved in doing the tour are paid for out of our own pocket)

22nd July... Chester - Newport run.
I assume that point 2 on the map is a stop off point for a rest? You'll need it after the bore that is the A55!! I might tag along as far as Newport, but I'll prolly decide on the day. |

We'll be taking a laptop with us, so if you decide to, just message me and I can give you details (although they should be on the site!)

Newcastle to Aberdeen. My **** hurts just thinking about it. Good luck to you! What time do you expect to be crossing the Forth Road Bridge? I'm working on monday but I love the coast road through Fife, so if the timing's right I might join you for a spot of that...

Re: Join a leg on our Coastal Bike Tour!
I live about as far from the coast as it is possible to live I really like the idea of joining a leg or two but practically speaking it's unlikely (I will put the place names into autoroute to work out where they are to make sure).
