Post Speed filtering ( Brown trouser moment )

On the way to work today i had my first BTM in a very long time, The A52 had been closed @ my junction so i had to go through a bottle neck town for the diversion, so in the middle of the town im snail pace, its is 100% rammned and there is no moving for cars, so i start to filter at quite some speed. get a half mile and a F***ing CHAV sees me and moves his front end out right in my path . . . on purpose... so i sweerve my back end kicks out and i career in to the oncoming traffic the fiesta coming towards me slams his breaks on, the police car behind him rear ends the fiesta, i skid to a stop in front of the fiesta, feeling very faint.... then angry, copper gets out make sures everyones ok, he saw it all and held the traffic for another 25 mins, turns out that chav guy had no insurance, no licence, and a trip to the station, can you imagine if id hit him? now i wasnt filtering that fast.. still within the 30 mph but he looked @ me then moves and laughs ! ! ! if that copper hadnt of been there i would of pulled him out his car and kicked his ass, i was fuming the copper had to sit me down!!!
im glad he has been caught, but the chav shouted from the car that hed find me and yah yah blah blah, the copper said to ignore him because Everything he is saying will be given in evidance! lol, so after details were swapped i was on my way took about 45 minutes of talking and note taking.
i guess he be done for dangerous driving and what ever else!
but i honestly thought i was going down! why does this stuff always seem to happen with me? because this time i did nothing wrong ( confirmed by mr policeman )
anyway at leat i made it to work anhour late... with a propper excuse lol,

Bloody hell! I've seen similar stuff when a guy came past me on an R1, someone pulled out of the traffic and he locked up both wheels and missed an oncoming car by an inch or so. no joke

Anyway, least your little adventer sniffed out one of these mugs that raises all our insurance premiums! Good work, I say.

Matt

Let the chav find you. He'll get off with a caution, maybe a Dangerous Driving charge, but that at tis minimu is 3-6 points and a feeble fine! Like drinking and driving, i think that Dangerous driving, should carry a manslaughter, or attempted manslughter charge. I think it would stop A LOT of these kind of things. Anyway, 30mph isnt exactly speed filtering

Glad you survived mate

Ahh but as he said, the chav had no license, so he cant get points!

guess he will get a big fine, and probably a ban,

will be worse for him cause a cop car got damaged.

glad your ok mate,
better still go to the court and find the chav, then go round set his car on fire, brutalise his pets and stuff,

you know, get medieval on his a$$,

nah just kidding about the pets...........

he'll get points for a licence he doesnt have and a fine that hell never pay, and we think theyre the daft ones...........

Pointless exercise all round, I'd say. Lock him up.

A perfect advert for why we need more police out there on the roads. With any luck they'll impound the car and detroy/sell it if he can't provide all tax/insurance/licence details in the next few weeks. Lots of police forces strating to do that now - so what if he dodges the fine, with no car he'll be much less of a danger.

What a twot, doing something like that with a copper right behind him...
