Default Hovis containment equipment

Yes, soon to be getting average speed cameras on the M4 at Newport.

This is good news, a move that will only further rein in the movements of Hovis, already reported to be unable to enter Cardiff due to the presence of speed cameras. This, with cameras around the Wellington and on Whiteladies Rd en route to the Roo, can only aid the quiet enjoyment of evening meets and for daytime rides, pen him into the mid-Wales area where he can be contained. Brunstrom welcomed this move.

That should have been 'measures' not 'equipment'

You could just put one of those tags on his ankle that flips the kill switch if he tries to leave Wales?

I hate the M4... now that means I'll have to do 70 everywhere.. bollox....

Not to mention the already silly 2 speedcameras about 200m apart heading towards London... I mean seriously wtf.
