For those that can get HTV Wales.....
.... I thoroughly recommend that you avoid the channel between 7:30 and 8:00pm this evening as I shall be making an appearance in a programme called "Stories from the Street".
I doubt that I will be on-screen for very long, but anything would be too much for those of a weak disposition to bear. Please do not complain that you weren't warned
