Re: andriod
Does it actually have the Google Play store?
I think there is a licensing issue with some cheaper tablets which means they don't come with it installed. |

Re: andriod
sometimes they come installed with their own "manufacturers" store and everything just needs updating to get the google store to work.
Either that or there are alot of others available to download from the net. Im using aptoide, everythings free and works a treat, should be able to download straight from the net until you sus the google problems. |

Root it and flash a custom ROM onto it. I bought my so looking a £70 Android Tab from Tabtronics with ICS installed complete with play store etc. Its been brilliant, no probs at all.

Re: andriod
You could try to download the play store .apk file through the tablet browser then install it using a file manager from the tablet.
Here's a link to a web page so you get the idea of what I mean http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/10...all-apps-list/ Let us know how it goes.

thanks for the post.. but..
can you explain root it. i am good with pc's but tablets, still on a learning curve. i would like to re install android but get a uk version, as in think the main problem is chinese. my dad have stored off the tablet but still has the same problem. play store is showing but will not connect to the store.

I had a similar issue with one a year or so back. From memory I had to go into settings, apps, market, and clear data. It's holding Chinese info on the market which gives limited access in the UK. Now launch market and you should be able to sign in using your google account.
