No it doesnt, its a specific recall only effects the thou frame from that year.
There was quite a debate on gixerjunkies about it, because the brace bar they put in isnt a very nicely engineered soluton. IIRC its mainly a problem on bikes that get wheelie alot as well.

I've had a really good look over my K5 race bike and that seems fine. The general feeling is it is only a problem if the bike is stunted badly with lots of cack handed wheelies. I'm not planning on doing anything other than the usual checks over the bike after each meeting/outing.

Simple advice is "Don't wheelie" lol.
