Default Ophic to the rescue!

Just wanted to say a very public thank-you to Ophic for his help last night.

My mate turned up at Squires with a rear tyre roughly the same shape and consistency as an underdone pancake. After much 'useful' input from various passers-by (...yep, that's flat alright mate...) it became blindingly obvious that he wasn't going anywhere on his bike, well, other than the nearest ditch if he attempted it. Enter Ophic, who went miles out of his way to drop him safely off at home.

Cheers man, you're a diamond

The Speedstyle peeps offered to keep it in the shop overnight. He's getting a lift there this morning to get the wheel off and over to Steve Sirrell's. Should be back on the road by lunchtime

You daft sod BW.

He's a nice bloke, your mate. And I won't refuse a good excuse to lob the MG round some country lanes. It almost excuses me for turning up to Squires in a car
