Fuel Exhaust
well as you know from my previous post i got myself a Fuel exhaust
 was wondering tho, mine sometimes pops/crackles when i decellerate as it were n i was wondering if this is normal or not? (i have the baffle in)

It's normal
Why buy an aftermarket exhaust and not take the baffle out

Its totally normal, but what isn't is you've still got that baffle in
 Take it out man, it will sound much, much better. Took mine out and even though I put it back in it was out again after about 5 miles  Go ahead - wake the neighbours

well its mainly that my dad doesnt want complaints from the neighbours as i still live at home :P

theres barely any difference at idle. i'd do it if i were you. If the neighbours do complain- simple as puttting it back in! just don't take the **** like i do zoooming off

will have a look at it once i get back from the gfs
also can i refit the standard exhaust back on? or do i need a different sleeve or whatever to fit it ?(i got the fuel stainless steel exhaust)

You will need a seperate fitting sleeve (available seperately) to put the stock exhaust back on, but with the baffle in its not a lot different. The baffle takes less than two minutes to put back in with a 4mm allen key and 10mm spanner - try it you'll love it.

Please excuse my stupidity but...........
Can you take the baffle out of a standard can  By the way i know nothing about mechanics etc. I always go to garages and get ripped off, about time i learned i suppose. sorry for being a thick git

If i was gonna spend some dosh i would quite like twin pipes. can it be done on the 650s. I assume being a v twin it can.
Do you think it would be worth it |
