It's normal

Why buy an aftermarket exhaust and not take the baffle out

Its totally normal, but what isn't is you've still got that baffle in Take it out man, it will sound much, much better. Took mine out and even though I put it back in it was out again after about 5 miles

Go ahead - wake the neighbours

theres barely any difference at idle. i'd do it if i were you. If the neighbours do complain- simple as puttting it back in! just don't take the **** like i do zoooming off

You will need a seperate fitting sleeve (available seperately) to put the stock exhaust back on, but with the baffle in its not a lot different. The baffle takes less than two minutes to put back in with a 4mm allen key and 10mm spanner - try it you'll love it.

Please excuse my stupidity but...........

Can you take the baffle out of a standard can

sorry for being a thick git

No you can't but then why would you really want to when the after-market exhausts look so much better, and at prices starting from £100 they really aren't that expensive.

BTW its not stupidity, we've all got to learn somewhere
