Default Can anyone recommend me a drone for a 90 year old?

Hi.

My dad has just turned 90, has no interest in technology, but fancies a drone/helicopter.

Budget is approx £50.

Must be easy to understand and fly.

Any recommendations?

Thank you.

The small indoor ones are pretty easy to control (my 6 yr old can just about do it). Up down, forward back...with a bit of yaw trim.

One of the easiest I ever played with was a Chinook, the double prop made it v. easy.

Hubsan X4 H107
Cheap, easy to fly and numerous spare parts. Wicked little toy. Massive range too, I've lost sight of it before control of it.
And if you do break it totally it's cheap enough to replace.

Amazon for best price and buy the spares pack too for the extra rotors and battery.

Wow, I bought my daughter a £20 one at the Gadget show, which was impossible to fly. I was playing about with it last night, kept crashing it into the ceiling, lost a rotor and it became even harder to control after I'd replaced the rotor.

So I'll stick one of these on my wish list, as I'd like something that will be easy to fly, but doesn't cost the earth
