Restriction

Can anyone fill me in on the restriction, if you pass your test when you are 17 and a half do you get your unrestricted lisence when you are 19 and a half (2 years later?) or do you get it when you turn 19? because i thought if you do your test after you turn 19 you go straight to a full power lisence? im probably wrong ...

33hp until 2 years after the date of you passing. or if you reach 21 before the 2 years is up you can do another test to get full power.

Yes you are on the last bit. You can only do your direct access when youre 21. If you take your test at 17 1/2 then you go full power 2 years later as Law says.

If you take it after youre 19, and reach 21 before the 2 years, as law says you can take a test and go full power then.
