I'm tempted to come on here and avoid talking job on the other channel....but I've just had a double dose of painkillers and they don't mix well with alcohol. Am I allowed a diet coke?

When I have a rubbish day at work, ie" sat on my bum making all sorts of dodgy decisions about people who really can't be bothered to run their own lives.....then yes it's the normal state of affairs when I get home. It's just a combination of stress and a back that doesn't like sitting still.

When on the other hand I have a great day doing proper police work I come home pumped up on adrenaline and don't need drugs or alcohol! If I could bottle that I'd make a fortune......

Vanilla coke, great stuff. Sadly can't afford the calories at the moment. Cherry Pepsi max is my soft drink of choice at the moment. Dr pepper Zero as an alternative.
Shame re the back Red, I've second hand experience with chronic back pain so you have my sympathy. Hope you get more good days at work than bad ones. Long days and pleasant nights as the gunslingers say. (Bonus points/pints for anyone knowing the appropriate response)
