Does anyone know, what race series are screened, if any, in HD and on what channel? And if not, when it will be?!

None as yet AFAIK.

According to this article, Eurosport are launching a HD service soon, which bodes well for MotoGP. I imagine it'd be a while before WSBk and BSB are broadcast in HD.

There was rumour a while ago that MotoGP could be shown on BBC HD later this year. Not heard anything since. I believe F1 is going to be on ITV HD too at some point. Not sure about any other series. Pretty vague info I know! Sorry!
