Re: Guess your Tier
' I'm not convinced it's going to make much difference with the Christmas relaxation (and they haven't mentioned New Year yet), I'm sure there will be another big spike in mid January. ' - Yes ,that would seem likely to me.

Re: Guess your Tier
As I alluded to in the post, "Yorkshire and the Humber" is a somewhat vague area which includes part of what used to be Humberside. Humberside no longer exists as a county (but the Post office won't change it so it still pops up).
The government defines "Yorkshire and the Humber" as this for the Tier system:

Re: Guess your Tier
The Tier system explained simply:
Tier 1) Pints Tier 2) Pints with chips Tier 3) No pints. (copied from The Poke.co.uk)

Re: Guess your Tier
It's all Greek to me, tier 1/2/3 blah blah, it'll all change again for no apparent reason in a fortnight. I just keep myself and my family as safe as possible by taking all the precautions necessary using nothing more than common sense and appropriate ppe. If all the di##heads who flouted the rules in the first instance did the same we wouldn't be half way through a second and looking at a third lockdown.
