All things considered these have got to rank among the best, complete with "sum it up" quotes and belting soundtracks:

Ah so many to choose from, I could list a top10 let alone a couple. The fight scene in the bourne ultimatum is pretty darn epic.
I also really like this fight scene from the korean movie old boy, mainly because of the way it's shot and the music to compliment the scene. Plus if you've seen the movie you know how twisted it all is anyway. edit: link removed, ^beat me to it And of course Rocky Balboa vs Ivan Drago - Rocky IV |

The Raid, there is a 20 minute fight scene which makes the Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris fight scenes look a little bit over choreographed
