Is 650 seat the same fitting as the 1000 seat ?
Hi all, sorry if its been covered before, did a few searches and couldnt find any info. I ve got a k3 sv 1000 and short legs, will a seat off a k3 650 fit my bike. Thanks in anticipation. Mike

I think so. I think there was something odd about the K3 1000 naked... but its all very dim in my mind now.

cheers. Seen a lowered 650 seat for sale. Might be worth buying it then. Could sell it on if it doesnt fit. Thanks

remember that the k3 650 seat is different to any other sv650, the sv1000 seat was never changed so it would be worth finding out which sv1000 seat matches which sv650.

thanks gentlemen, mines a k3 1000s as in my avatar pic, and the seat im after is off a k3 650s so should be ok then. hopefully it ll fit if i get it, if not im sure someone will be after a lowered seat sooner or later. worth a try at the right price. once again thanks gents.
