Re: Bibio's Sunday Bimbles
the plan is if the weather is like it was on sunday then it will be another cancellation. good news is i have waterproofs now but wind and rain is no fun although truth be told i had a nice we scoot aboot yesterday as it dried up and was sunny but very windy.
ok i'm going to do something out the norm, i'm going to give you all a choice. 1. Tummel Run: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&so...11,3.56781&z=9 2. Hug The Border Run: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&so...74,3.56781&z=9 i'm mega pizzed to have had to cancel the last run but the weather was awful. Lance |

I'd vote for hug the border... waiting to find out if I have a prior engagement tho. Hope to god it's dry and not windy (or even just not windy!) this weekend!

Re: Bibio's Sunday Bimbles
I vote for the Tummel run. Lived in Pitlochry for 3 years and love it up that way. Plus I'll get a nice pic of the bike at Queens View

Re: Bibio's Sunday Bimbles
Also could be tempted if you do the Hug the Border run, might even be tempted to come and meet up at Broughton, taking in the Beeftub twice...

Re: Bibio's Sunday Bimbles
Typical! You come to the Borders and I'm working! Though, my bike might not even be built up by then...

Re: Bibio's Sunday Bimbles
Although I would have preferred the Tummel one, I would probably still go the other route.
What are the distances of the 2 routes as Im having google maps issues and what are the meeting/starting points? |
