Ok so other sections are talking about it - and it was mentioned @ SELKENT last night.

So where to go.

Cant fault the venue of the last couple of years, but as a change, how about this.

Went there a few years back for a works xmas do - and it was a good laugh, and once you have paid, you dont have to pay for anything else - you can choose to but "premium" beers and wines at the bar, but the stuff they threw about by the pitcher that was included was perfectly good.

EDIT: Link changed to the one I meant to post. Also may not be such a good plan - £55/head at Christmas time is a bit much (and roughly £20 more than I had thought it would be)

Maybe out in the Sticks you can just turn up to places and get fed around Xmas, here in the real world you need to book early.

Hey as it is my works Xmas do is on the 15th NOVEMBER - and in Wales !!!!

Oi! Crimbo threads are officialy banned from the Soho section until November at the earliest.

However i will forgive david for this one cos i too went to this place about a million years ago and oh my god was it a laugh!!!

Tho you have to be prepared to eat with your hands and get fairly messy in the process and also put up with the odd random yank tourist, they seem to love it there.

But i agree that £55 is probably a bit too much for most of us so maybe we could just do it sometime next year jsut for the craic

what dates are thinking off doing this? I need to book time you see and may not get it as its hard to get time off from work in december.....

There is normally a kind spirited person in the Soho Massive that voulnteers to run a poll on dates and then venues late October early November
