Applecross Trip
I made a last minute decision Sunday morning to book a B&B for the night so I could finally experience Applecross since the weather looked amazing!

Re: Applecross Trip
The quality of those photos really do bring out the grandeur of the place. Really think we missed out by not going this year.
Looks like the weather was amazing. |

Re: Applecross Trip
Fab pics Darren. If you go again I'd recommend carrying on north from Applecross around the coast. Absolutely stunning 25 miles of single track road and more jaw dropping views.

Re: Applecross Trip
Looks great. We were in the motorhome last year & decided not to do it as it was foggy & raining. Looking at your pics, I think we'll have to go back

Re: Applecross Trip
A good mate and I did the Applecross trip about 3 years back, and we had weather like you had in the pictures, but for 4 days. I rode around the peninsula with my mouth hanging open in awe at the scenery. Gotta go and do it again.

Re: Applecross Trip
I was toying with the idea of going to Skye but the weather for Monday was a bit cloudy and threatening. I'd rather wait for perfect weather to really appreciate it
