And the blood test results are back. Nothing too serious, but I'm extremely low in Vitamin D which may have contributed towards my muscle aches, tiredness and generally compromised immune system.

I often don't see much daylight and wear sunblock every day so time to start popping some big hitting pills. As Ebeneezer Goode sang 'Ds are good, Ds are good... Has anyone got any aloe veras?'

Highways Department covering their backsides, if someone skids off the road by driving like a **** at this time of year it's never their fault, always 'the council hadn't gritted the road'. My SV is mothballed now 'til spring and the little bike doesn't go out without a coat of FS365/ACF50 on it to stop it looking like it's just been recovered from the seabed.

Setting up a new phone. What a faff! I know it serves me right for getting my four year old one wet in the rain yesterday but sheesh...

Aye, did that the other week. Bloomin vcard with my contacts wouldn't transfer them to my new phone for some reason, so some of them are out of kilter, or not imported as they were on my old phone.

But my apps were imported to my new phone from Google

Sunday afternoon spent trying to resolve problems on a big, sprawling, unwieldy, unstable, rural wireless broadband network. Sigh....

People who come in from work at 1 o'clock in the morning, who switch on the en-suite light and doesn't think it'll wake me up. Well after 30 minutes it will!

Feel like I've done a night shift myself
