Default SatNav route planning

Anyone tried this - ITNCONV? It's freeware, on the face of it, it's for conversion of itinary files from one nav system to another. I downloaded it to convert Autoroute .AXE files to TomTom .ITN files. However, as a BIG bonus, it has its own editor which uses Google Maps. It's well worth a look if you want to set up a route for your SatNav with a number of waypoints to visit. I'm setting up some runs where I want to choose the route (using waypoints) and use TomTom to tell me it turn by turn as I ride.
