I'd love to get on this. It would be my first ever track day, so I guess open pitt lane is out for me. But I can't definitely make it anyway. I'll keep my on this badger!

No sessions, just use track as much or as little as you like depending how tired you get. No novices allowed as pace is usually fairly quick and can get quite a few racers using as a test/set up day. The trick is realising when you need a rest when enjoying yourself so much! Novices could also find it a bit scary joining track on cold tyres when someone else who could be a regular fast group rider or racer could be be five laps in and really going for it. In fact that would be even scarier for the faster rider! lol I am still hoping to do opl at cadwell on tues july 5th. Something odd going on with bookings at mo as more than one company is advertising same trackdays. No limits facebook page says they are not sure why. I am also deffo at oulton next wednesday.

I think I have decided to use my £80 voucher on the Anglesey open pit lane day next Wednesday. Can't wait for the first track day of the year, although I'm not looking forward to the 6 hour drive up on Tuesday and dreading the 6 hour drive after!

You sir are going to ache!

I couldn't believe how physcial it was on the TD, really gave me some appreciation of how fit racers are. And how unfit I am

Arm pump kicked in around session 3 iirc! End of the day, I ached. 2hr ride home was a real slog.

Have never ached from riding a bike, neither on road or track, I suffer mental fatigue if I go balls out for too long, but not physical fatigue, thankfully.

Not true, just got good muscles, the brain is the weak link! I will however concede, that Oulton Park has made my body ache for the first time after a track day. That is one seriously testing track with FAR too much wheelie action than is good for the heart!
