A lesser-spotted Tuono. I only went out in two sessions and slowly wobbled around. The wet's not for me.

What a day! Never thought 100mph plus with knee down around gerards in pouring rain was possible but wets are amazing. Have you cleaned your tuono yet? My gsxr is still sat filthy!

So then guys and others im off to mallory in sept. Any tips for a first time track day there? Looks bloody scary!!!!

No tips needed now it's been resurfaced, and the layout is as simple as they come.

'garage' accommodation is very limited. You need to be there by 7am if you want one, otherwise you're in the paddock

The meals in the cafe are excellent and not too pricy (massive full english and cuppa £7)

Fill up when you get there and at lunchtime and avoid the high cost in the paddock

The only vehicle entrance to the paddock is over the track so entry/exit is strictly controlled. Don't be late!
