On a more positive note, on my way home to Camden this evening I noticed a chav pushing a scooter along the pavement near my house....no helmet (instantly suspicious!), no fairings, and no reg plate. Went round the block a few times passing him each time.....found a copper and reported him as acting suspiciously. Walked passed the dude 10 minutes later and he was in cuffs

That scared me a lot... one number different to my reg! Makes me a bit worried! Have to buy some more locks, I think. Was it nicked from home or work? What security etc? Must be a nightmare
