How to fit soft luggage

So I fastened my Ocford tailbag to my bike today and managed to scratch the paintwork on the grabrail with the bungees.
The distance between the bungees at the back of the pack and the grabrail 'lugs' is so short that even with a cloth on either side I managed to make an impression on the paintwork. Now I'm pi$$ed off big time I'll have to go and buy a new grabrail! |
