Default ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzz..........

Oh dear... I seem to be in trouble with Lady Poppy as my already bad snoring has gotten worse lately.

As Gary found out on the Border Patrol Weekender two years ago I am not the ideal person to share a bunkhouse dorm with, if you want any sleep of your own that is. I've been reading up on causes and of course everything says lose weight, avoid alcohol, avoid caffeine, don't swear... the usual advice for just about everything these days!

I'm going try the nasal dilators to see if they help but do any of the rest of you suffer in the same way and if so have you found any of the potential remedies actually worked for you?

I've tried the nasal strips, they do help a bit, but I've found I feel congested while laying down. I've done research too and it all points to losing weight. Seems the best solution for my wife against my snoring is for me to work night shifts or sleep on the sofa

Well I am not over weight, neither is the wife but we both have our moments. Seems sleeping on the back is the biggest culprit. If I am having a bad night I go on my side and try and turn my head towards the pillow - seems to help
