Hey,

When I did my bulb upgrade, I believe PIAA was the best... but expensive. So I guess if your willing to spend alot on the bulbs, then go for it! I settled with the Philips VisionPlus H4s.

So one also said silver stars are good choice... though I just have halfords ones in mine.. even they seemed better than the stock ones.

Ok- its known that both the USspec and UKspec lights take H4's... but....

Anyone know what bulbs the non-UK/US spec headlights take?
Spearsy just sent me one and I need to buy bulbs (he never used the light so he doesnt know either)

Cheers!

I just took a set of the Philips Visionplus out of my bike and put Silverstars in. The Silverstars are immediately and noticably better. To be fair the Philips ones were fairly old, do bulbs lose efficiency? They looked in good nick...

Free to a good home, for the price of postage.

I'm still thinking I might go up to PIAAs. In fact, at the back of my brain is a little voice saying "Retrofitted Audi HIDs" but I'm resisting
