Default 2nd Gen Naked to S front end conversion

Has anyone done this? My brother has been moding his naked SV and was looking at getting a GSX-R front end, but I'd rather just switch my naked to the S model front end, since I know someone that will swap with me. Is there a how-to for this, or has anyone done it before (and have pictures)? I know it wouldn't be as good as a gixxer, but it would be FREE, which I like a lot.

Thanks!

Change the top yoke and the 'bars - that's all the difference is. The rest of the parts are the same between naked and faired models.

dont forget the lines too or the person getting the naked style will have issues (n are longer than s)
also youd be as well swaping locks tank and tail section is often overlooked till you cant fill up
