Yes, I was looking at adapters earlier in the year but none of the ones I wanted were through Amazon and I couldn't be bothered with the postage. Also, which one to go for? Pentax, Olympus or Minolta.
One thing about the Phenix - it had the best rangefinder patch and image I've seen so far. Incredibly clear. and easy to line up, even for my bad eyes!

I'm sure I could get the phenix running again. Not heard of that brand before. I would probably try a Minolta first, I'm sure you have a fee lenses kicking around. Got outbid on a Sony Nex 3 by £1. It was in the dying seconds so not much I could do.

Hmm, that's weird. I loaded and previewed 5 but it's only shown 3.
Street is kind of hard but I'm getting used to it. I like the idea of photographing people in a different country doing what they normally do. Kind of snapshots of daily life. The zoom makes it easier as you can be quite a distance away. Or you can be close to the subject and not aiming at them but having them included in the shot ready for a crop later.

Quick one - £45 for bellows is a rip-off, or was it fitted price? Had a reply about the plates and ground glass screen, they are the right ones. Does yours have the removable back? Looks like this:

I have a feeling yours doesn't as it would need another lever on the front for plates/films

No, pretty sure that it doesn't. I think it was supply only, would have to fit them myself. Will you be buying the plates?
