NEMCRC (http://www.nemcrc.co.uk/) in the F600 class. I was originally planning on the Minitwins but I'm a bit too Walruss like to be competitive. Might enter a few open class races too to knock up the finishes.

Next idea was the pre injection 600's but ended up with an injection 600 so its into the top F600 class.

I've dropped 3.5 stone this year already and its still coming off so if I can get down to about 14 stone by the spring (that means another 3 stone to go!) then at least I'll be able to stop the bike quicker than an oil tanker. I'm built for rugby, not bike racing!

NEMCRC race at Croft (love it), Knockhill (learning to love it) and East fortune (My fave track) tio travelling and expenses are not going to be too bad.

My plan for next season is to lose my orange vest (10 races completed on at least 3 tracks) and not come last at least once

Can't wait! But need to be (MUCH) fitter!

C

You're in luck.

If they are stock sizes, and not some wierdness. (320mm flat rotors) they will swap over.

Good luck with the racing Carl, some mountain biking will no doubt shed those last couple of pounds and be fun into the bargain.

Giving up drink... you're a braver man than me!

Last few Pounds? all 40 of them?

New Turn up for the books... I fitted the SRAD 750 with a set of standard bars and the ergonomics are virtually the same as the 600 now! The rear sets are slightly higher and apart from that they're the same reach, seat height and crouch! So now I have to test them both again!

The SRAD was fitted with Harris race clip-ons which were 2" lower and about 5" wider than the standard bars which made the riding position so cramped and uncomfortable.

So, where the link to this Mallory day?

Life's a beeatch isn't it, I'm sure the testing will be very dull.....

How about fitting ape hangers to one, testing it, finding they're no good there by requiring a further test session
