Anyone going out today? (Mon 12th)
Lovely weather, just got to pop to the bank but think I'll go for a run and a late lunch stop after that. Anyone free?

why can't you be at my side of the hill , think im going to have a slow bimble to try and regain some corning abilty as mine is seriously lacking at present

I just had a run down to Helmsley and back. There were some paragliders jumping off at Lord Stones so I went over to talk to them for a while.
