Default r6 throttle upgrade

just fitted a r6 throttle tube to sv 650 s pointy and its not made one bit of difference to the amount it turns as i have marked each tube up to test it does anyone know why this is

You have to modify the R6 tube for a pointy. Don't ask me where the diagram is because I ride the original and best model.

there was a diagram if i recall fo rthe pointy- u have to dremil out an area that was highlighted in red!!....

the link was to redaggie03.. and the diagram etc was there-

however- I have been to a few websites and done a search on here too - and all the posted links dont work

try there- there's some pics there??!!

no measurements though and he was applying it to a diff bike but using the sv cutting guidelines... but again the link in thaere does not work.. .. i think the site has gone for good.

is that soo soo good or soo soo sad that I spent 10 mins finding details for a mod that I have already done!!..

cheers will try this and let you guys know how it works if it doesnt it only cost 7 quid complete with grip so its not so bad
