I'm going to try Talk Talk when it becomes available in my area (July '06)
£9.99 for all phone calls & £11.00 line rental, + free broadband up to 8 MB

sounds too good to be true

a few i work with have sign'd up to "talk talk" and its that popular there is a 2-3 month waiting list, it sounds good tho because i have to still pay BT for the line @£30 per quarter.

just the calls. our phone bill(calls only) were averaging around 50 - 70 pounds! so the extra £4 per month £12 per quarter i pay to tiscali is well worth it. £15 per month saving for doing nothing.

Hmm, and so is every other T, D & H. I wonder how their tech support will cope.

So its not actually free broadband is it? It's £20 for everything. So...
Does that include calls to mobile phones?
Is that the price for 8MB throughput or must you pay extra for 8MB
What is the download limit?

ooo a cynic

according to their website you can get a sim card for £10 per month that allows you to make free calls to it, and also from it to other talk talk numbers

It's up to 8MB once BT have carried out their upgrades

Download limit is 40GB per month - this might be a bit low - does anyone know of any way of finding out how much you are downloading - I've got 2 kids who use my wireless connection & spend a lot of time on MSN with webcams

Kick them out side with a footy and some water pistols ffs!
This MSN lark is starting to pee me off every time I go round my mates houses their kids are sat glued to msn talking in some strange tongue. My parents used to tell me off for spending more than 2 hours a day on my Amiga/Pc/Sega.

I keep hearing rumors that MSN will be £10 a month soon and I hope it kills it off. Right got to go my mates have just sent me a nudge
