Ouch! Sorry to hear that mate...sounds like a car/bike sandwich somewhere in the accident for all those breaks!

Thanks all for the good wishes.
Hopefully they'll be releasing me from hospital this afternoon - they finally seem satisfied that my lung is ok & that I can take the necessary deep breaths to avoid an infection. They just want make sure that the prescribed meds are sufficient to manage any pain I may experience (their words not mine!!) See some of you soon I hope when I'm back on my feet/wheels
