What a farce..
you can walk into a main post office and electronically apply for a passport with nothing more than your birth certificate and they do everything for you. including verifying your photo.
buuuut you cant get the same service for a provisional licence application. WTF.... |

well they dont tell you everything. still need someone that you know in an official capacity to verify who you are for passport if you do PO digital service.. this is all effin confusing.
