Default Biker 'safety' campaign in may, alledgedly

According to my local free paper (!) biker fatalities in Avon& Somerset rose by 91% last year after two consecutive falls.
Although they admit this is due to more bikes on the road than ever, our constabulary will be on a 'campaign' in May apparently to increase our awareness of 'safety' etc.

ride to arrive.....i read it too

www.ridetoarrive.org very interesting.

Accident have gone up but if they gave the whole story and printed stats on accidents which were not a motorcyles fault it would be a different picture all together.....
