Usually by this mileage on the 2CT I'd be changing the rear in 1-2K, so it will be interesting to see how much further this tyre gets beyond 6K.
Not many more miles on this since the last update, but more riding in wet weather.

These tyres to come alive in properly wet weather. They are very stable and confidence inspiring, even through standing water and sodden tarmac.

The final review after getting through a rear tyre. 7,500 miles or so.
A different tyre to get used to due to the harder carcass. Once tyre pressures and suspension were adjusted they felt fine and very grippy in all weather conditions. Much like the 2CT, a very stable, sticky tyre which gives valuable confidence.
Bad bits:
mileage: no more than i got out of a 2CT & you pay 25%+ more for a set.
Tyre wear: I got steps between the hard compound of the center and the softer shoulders.
Tyre pattern: A slick section down the center and on the very shoulder of the tyre. Makes riding in wet/damp conditions a bit more wary as you know there are parts of the tyre with zero water evacuation.
Overall a good tyre, but not quite the step up from the 2CT Michelin appeared to market it as. I'm getting a set of 2CT's back on the bike to get a true back to back test done (2ct-PP3-2ct).
8/10 A good overall tyre, but some more developments needed to make it a true replacement for the 2CT
