Default Cutting lowers on a Curvy?

I'm planning on fitting my lowers back on my SV, but at the moment it's got a set of bikesliders crash bungs fitted.

I'm correct in assuming the easiest way to fit it all back together is to:
- remove bungs
- fit lowers
- masking tape cut area
- use some tool to cut shape drill/dremel/sanding blocks +luck
- reattach bungs.

So how do I go about cutting the hole? Any trick, hints or tips?

This looks far to neat to be easy!!

I used a flap-bit, means even the most cack-handed of oafs can't fail to get a round hole. Came out lovely.

Heh thats my pic of when I cut and fitted mine.lol

Its not too hard to be honest was very nervous about doing it as my lowers where like new and did not want to mess them up, did the whole job with a dremel and cutting disc.

Basically all I did was placed the crash bung inline with where it was meant to go, drawed round the crash bung onto the lowers with a marker pen then cut away from the centre of the pen marks outward a bit at a time.

Kept trying the bung back up until it fitted then I just tidied it up to make it look a even shape.

Once the bung is on there unless you went badly wrong then you should not really see it anway, but if im right in remembering I had to cut alot less out of the left side for some reason.
