Default jack up kits?

Hello don't want to sound thick but what are the advantages of fitting one?

Would it affect the handling? does it improve looks?

Thank you very much for any replys

They jack the back of the bike up, this will in theory make the bike turn into corners faster. It will allow you to have a fat passenger and not bottom out the suspension. Some would say it makes the back end look cooler by seeing more of the rear tyre when looking at the **** end.

Ah the dog bones, there is a guy on ebay that makes them for about 12 in steel which is fine.

I put them on my bike and dropped the forks about 5mm and the bike turned in way faster than it did before (it was an S).

either a ride height adjuster, or more cheaply just change the "dog bones".

(do a search on dog bones).

Cheers Mark
