Default 50mm Top Yoke - where from?

So I've heard mention of UK machinists who make custom Top Yokes. But I can't seem to find any. So any suggestions?

Also, where's the best place to get 50mm clipons with minimum 2.5 inch risers.

Most grateful, ta.

I had one of these made for my Curvy, only took 9 months to get delivered! Mines the same as the one in the post, pity you'd just missed out on this top yoke.

But as he's done more than one, it might get done a bit quicker, just don't mention the Org, if you place an order with Matt Yokes

I've got Gilles Variobars, super adjustable and you can get different height risers

Cheers mate, but these are for handlebars aren't they? I want the clipons, although I've looked at the variobars because I want the same height as stock. I just can't seem to find any for less than a couple hundred quid, unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

Is this Matt Yokes based in the US? I'm impatient so if there was some delay with a UK maker I know all the tricks in the book to hurry them up.

Any suggestions?

Steve - thanks for the tip. I've sent them an email and will see what happens.

I'm using my yoke with clip ons, the risers are bolted to the yoke, so you don't need to use them.

I just blanked off the screw holes with some countersunk allen bolts.

But if you had one made, you could specify no holes for risers & you'd save money by not having to buy the Renthal bars with the kit.

He's based in the UK, he's just carp about getting stuff done and his customer service is also carp.

I think mine is the record holder.

I got my Variobars 2nd hand on Ebay, they are pricey, but when you see them in the flesh, you'll understand why.

All parts for Variobars are available through dealers, including different size clamps for different dia forks and different height risers. Or there's Ebay.

Thanks. Ok, two questions:

1) How much did you pay for the kit (if you don't mind me asking) and;

2) Why recommend 80mm over 100?

I'm thinking the 100 might be better for me as I'm taller.
