It's a good move from Triumph. They'll certainly be the Premium offering in that category with a different offering too. I guess they'll do an R version, or RS, is it? With some adjustable suspension, Exhaust & some styling tweaks.

It looks really good, all the way to the swingarm pivot, and then it looks awful. I cannot stand the stumpy-tail look.

I'd say no suspension adjustment apart from maybe rear preload. Approx 70bhp and 60nm torque, both peaking very low down in the revs. LCD retro look dash. Choice of black, deep maroon or deep green colour like their Street Twins. A million add on accessories available to make it more retro including an £800 slip on exhaust which will be totally at odds with it's price point of about £6,400 for the base model.

The finished product will also have a number plate bracket that sticks out 4ft, that everyone will remove to give it that no rear end look again and buy the Triumph add on Tail tidy with LED blinkers for £200.

Not sure if it will have a locking fuel cap though.. probably an extra too.

I'm expecting the accessories catalogue to have the word Billet used in it about 700 times.

I underestimated the price and the power (slightly). Not far off on the retro dash though and sticking out tail bit that everyone will remove.

It's a look that doesn't work for me either. And they don't do a rack/topbox option so I won't be trading the T100 for one, even though the motor looks fantastic on paper.

Agree with that, and minimalist mudguards poor for my taste. Apart from that looks interesting.

Previous comments by Seeker worth repeating - ' Personally, I'm tired of having to fit fender extenders and huggers to every new bike '. Hear, hear.
