Default help getting pointy bulbs out.

I must be doing something wrong. I am at work and thought I would swap my bulbs obver to brighter ones. Now, as I said, I must be doing something wrong as I cant get the bloody bulbs out. Am I missing a trick somewhere......

Its fiddly, but not impossible.

You anywhere near Finsbury Sq @ 5pm tonight?

If not

Cant remember the exact sequence of events but I seem to remember removing the cable, the wire-clip, the rubber surround, but exactly how is foggy
