Craig380's SV650 for Sale

As some of you may have read, Craig380 passed away on Saturday 26th July after a battle with cancer. He did plan to sell his SV prior to this but fate had other ideas...


I've been asked to list the bike on this forum by his daughter Sophie.

My Dad, Craig Coward, was a regular on your board. I believe Gary may have told you, but Craig sadly died this weekend after a long illness. We are looking to sell his SV650 and donate the money to East Cheshire Hospice, who looked after Dad so well.

Gary sent me your way to ask for permission to list the bike on the board and perhaps also help create the listing? I have attached to this email some text Dad wrote regarding the bike and it's condition, and also some pictures he took of the bike. We are based near Macclesfield, Cheshire.

Just to say, Dad absolutely loved his boards. It gave us endless joy to interrupt his typing and we will rather miss him sitting on the sofa, tapping furiously at the keys.

(from Craig) I'm looking to sell my 2017 SV650, DG67PMY. Fantastic runner and very good overall condition, in corporate blue with white stripe. HPI clear, V5 in my name, both keys, MoT to 29 September. 70,350 miles. I am the 2nd owner, bought for cash from Single Tracker motorcycles in Crewe in March 2019.

Bike starts first time, every time and runs like new. Fuel tank is excellent, one single stone chip of around 2mm diameter is the only flaw in the paint. All chrome is good. The bike is fitted with a Yoshimura TRS can, excellent condition. I also have the original Suzuki can which is in excellent condition. The speedo is broken - a garage drop broke the plastic and damaged the LCD display. It still shows the clock and mileage functions accurately and all indicator / idiot lights work, but other functions do not. No other damage to controls, levers etc.

Front tyre is Avon Spirit, about 2k miles use remaining. Rear is Battlax S21, fitted 1,000 miles ago. Both keys work all locks. Seat is unmarked underneath comfort cover
