Hope you haven't got a lot of soft tissue damage----did the same sort of thing myself and it took ages[still not 100%] and that was several years ago now.

quick update....
still sore with large bruising to upper arm, some small bruising showing up on left chest. Advised by ortho consultant to start exercising the arm. will be seen at the clinic 7 august
