Re: 'Ere 'ere is the EAR Megathread
Surely there'd be a nice costal camp site to take over down this way, then set a route using Skips Tourist Route and heading towards the west of the vast EAR area?

Re: 'Ere 'ere is the EAR Megathread
Yep, and the beach is close by. All modern facilities here. I've even got 3 potential bunk houses for those who don't want to camp
Keeling Heath is one I can think of, its a good site, but whether they'd want us bikers I don't know? Great site, all the facilities and right on the coast road. No bunk houses for non campers, but plenty of B&B's in Sheringham

Re: 'Ere 'ere is the EAR Megathread
Kelling Heath is too far north - not many great roads out that way - you need to be in South Norfolk/Suffolk for the best roads in our region (IMO of course)

Re: 'Ere 'ere is the EAR Megathread
So it loks like we all camp at Mav's place (easy for everyone to get to on the A14), cut across country using Skip's road and a few others, then head to KJ's for a brew, then do the reverse for a few beers on the beach?
I'll check out the times for everything once I get back onboard. |

Re: 'Ere 'ere is the EAR Megathread
Sounds like a relaxed AR to me
As a side note I dont like the "Next years AR has GOT to be better than this years or you will get shot down in flames" kind of competition that has been going on this past few years. Its meant to be a fun weekend of socialising and riding your bike on roads you might not normally ride on. Just my 2p.

Re: 'Ere 'ere is the EAR Megathread
There's a school at Sunny Hunny that often has different rallies at weekends. Just a thought.
