Wouldn't have thought that was enough 'snot' to cause any problems or worry about.

Nick, what are the pressure that Bridgestone recommend for these tyres? Thinking they might be different to the recommended pressures by Suzuki and hence why it feels naff.

Are these the pro's? I just had these fitted to mine and they're hands down the best tyres I've ever used, great improvement on the previous 016's.

They do bubble up when hot though, mine are like that at the moment, once scrubbed off though they feel fine, don't worry.

First thing with tyres is that tyre pressures largely affect how the tyre wears. Double check tyre pressures and ask if Bridgestone specify different pressures from stock.

Secondly I'd say it's likely to be suspension setup. Either the front is too stiff or the rear is too soft.

This video is pretty good for suspension setup: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mK3flKxf41U

And this video can teach you what a tyre tells you about the bike's setup: 4:16 onwards applies to you... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JutNhZw1TB0

Hope this helps... It seems to have sorted out my problems (albeit most of the problem was having BT-016). I've changed to Dunlop D209 Qualifiers and the grip is fenomenal!! 40 miles and I had 2mm chicken strips. The front tyre is a lot slower to turn in than the Bridgestone but you get far more cornering stability. Something to bear in mind next time
