Default Naked curvy standard clocks (speedo + RPM)

My '99 naked curvy has some fancy Koso clocks installed which TBH I've never liked much as they're a pain in the ass to set up and they can also be removed in about 60 seconds so make an ideal theft target.

Looking for a set of standard clocks, there was a set on eBay I was watching at £5 with 2 days to go, but in typical eBay style the asshat cancelled the auction no doubt someone e-mailed him direct and offered a tenner for them

Anyone got any lying around?

You got a pic of the Koso's?

Are they the RX Moto GP style ones?

If they are you may be in for a surprise!!

(along the lines of me having a set of naked stock clocks...)

I don't know mate, they have the rev counter at the top with a digital speedo below, and they can also measure 0-60 runs, 1/4 miles etc. I've got the instruction manual at home so will have a look.

I don't know what I'm going to do with the Kosos, I can't get them to work as well as I'd like simply because I don't have the time to fiddle around with the wiring and adjusting sensors etc. I'm probably going to be selling the SV soon as I'm moving up for summer so would rather just get it back to standard.

Yeah I noticed the guy selling a set of clocks for £169, they've been up for about a month now and will probably still be there in a year's time. I'd rather have a bike with no speedo at all than pay stupid money like that! The other option is a set of pointy clocks which are ten a penny, only problem is the rev counter signal is different so prob needs an interface circuit to work. Low fuel signal only has one level too, no big deal really.

It's hassle I could be doing without, but I want to get it back to standard. I also need to replace the loom that connects to the clocks as mine have been butchered to fit the Kosos. Do you have these too? I've seen them go for about £18-20 on fleabay but I'm not sure exactly which ones I need.

Standard curvy naked clocks are always very expensive, they're fairly rare and always in demand I'm afraid...You might do better swapping to an Acewell or something, but then you'd need to work something out for idiot lights.

Acewell do a version with fuel gauge, revs, speedo, and various idiot light combo's.

I just went for the rev/speed clock one - does the job.
